The story

After a long, hot and boring summer spent at home because of KATRINA, the terrifying hurricane that struck the Gulf of Mexico, making me cancel the trip two days before departure...(luckily I wasn't there) December finally arrives and we decide to leave for a calm, seaside place, with little chaos, lots of relaxation and above all lots of sun...... what place could be more suitable than the MALDIVES??? after 8 hours of flight and 3 by boat we finally reach our atoll... the first impression was stunning, the sea was literally indescribable, the climate fabulous.. not to mention the Maldivians, a people of a courtesy that to understand it you'd have to experience it... what can I say? from that moment on I set aside our reality to enjoy to the full everything around me.....

10 days spent without the slightest flaw, everything was perfect!!! a typical day:: breakfast...beach-sea-sun- lunch, and the beach again..........what more could you want?? after a few days we met a couple with whom we spent the rest of the holiday having a great time, and we bonded a lot.... throughout the holiday I never once wore shoes and I assure you it was a wonderful feeling, walking 24 hours a day on that white, ultra-fine sand.... not to mention the sea...... in fact I won't talk about it because words are superfluous... anyone who has had the pleasure of being in those waters can understand me.... I don't want to go on too long, but I'll tell you that I wouldn't have wanted to leave that little island, because I was truly so, so happy......

I'd have many other things to tell, but mostly they're emotions and states of mind that only a place like the Maldives can convey to you...... ah I forgot, there are enormous bats.. never seen any so big!!! then rays, little sharks, and also a decent coral reef.. in short it was a true Paradise.... but unfortunately good things come to an end and indeed we went home but with a memory that will stay with me forever......... ah the view of the atolls seen from the seaplane is something unique....... bye everyone and see you on the next trip
