The proboscis monkeys and the orangutans of Sabah

4 days immersed in nature among the orangutans of the Sepilok rehabilitation centre, near Sandakan, and the monkeys, many of them, including plenty of proboscis monkeys on the Kinabatangan river. One piece of advice I feel I should give you is not to book anything from home, but to rely on one of the agencies, all cheap and reliable, present in Sandakan.
