The story
This was our itinerary: 3 days in Kuala Lumpur start of a 6-day Heritage tour to visit Malacca, Cameron Highlands and Penang. 5 days on the island of Mataking 4 days Minitour of Sabah to visit Kota Kinabalu, excursion to the Klias river, mini cruise among the coral islands of Sapi, Manukan and Mamutik, visit to the Gomantong Caves and the Sepilok orangutan rehabilitation centre.
