Malaysia, it's truly ASIA. Malaysia contains within itself so much of the diverse Asian ethnicities and cultures. The religions are all represented by important temples in Kuala Lumpur; in the city it is easy to recognise Indians, Chinese, Japanese, perfectly integrated into the country. But in Malaysia we could not fail to visit the oldest jungle on Earth, 130 million years old. The country is a rare example of how the environment can be protected, while being projected towards the; in its capital, among the skyscrapers, there are parks rich in vegetation, and you don't breathe the smog typical of the other great Asian metropolises.
Apart from the visit to the Petronas Twin Towers, the numerous temples, and the royal palace, in Kuala Lumpur we found the time to visit the Aquarium (they say among the largest in the world, but very badly organised; the glass tunnel that passes through the fish tanks is interesting), and the futuristic city of Putrajaya. But the highlight of the trip was the excursion into the jungle of Taman Negara, with day and night trekking, with visits to the Orang Asli (indigenous people), and with the walk on the longest suspension bridge in the world (canopy walk)
