The story

Zimbabwe with Giuseppe The car we rented in Johannesburg is a Nissan 4x4, and after crossing Botswana, here we are at the border with Zimbabwe at Kasane. We fear they won't let us through with a rental car with South African plates, but instead, no problem, even though I had to slip the customs guy a few dollars, otherwise he was hindering me with the documents. On the road that goes from the border to Victoria Falls,we spotted many animals, as had already happened to me. in fact for a stretch we're inside the Victoria Falls national park. I wasn't new to this place, but for Giuseppe, I made an exception. In the evening some buffaloes graze right in front of the Victoria Falls hotel, what a scare, but here they say the animals come often, especially warthogs and baboons.

After seeing the falls, I drive to the Hwange national park and we sleep at Robins camp, one of the 3 equipped camps of the Park. Very badly kept due to lack of funding from the government of Mugabe, a dictator who is bringing this beautiful African state to ruin. The great drought has made the majority of the animals migrate to another side of the park, where the plains are. but we saw something anyway. The next day we cross the Pandamatenga border and leave Zimbabwe bye
