trip to zanzibar "island of spices"

Zanzibar has always evoked the call of tribal Africa, the slave trade and the exoticness of its beaches.............and I must say that these feelings take shape when you visit the island as a whole. To begin with, a visit to Stone Town, the capital of the island, with its many-colored markets laden with the typical smells of the sale of raw foods and various spices...............the former house of the island's sultan, now used as a museum........................the house where the singer Freddy Mercury was born, walking among the narrow alleys where the old doors of Muslim origin stand out for their beauty and craftsmanship.....

A visit to the spice gardens with the different qualities of products found within a lush nature................and then meeting the fabulous beaches where, amid the blue of the sea and the candid white of the sand, you come across the "Masai," who certainly have a proud appearance but who in these places devote themselves more than anything else to selling the crafts they produce........ Certainly a place not to be missed.........................
