The story

JAMBO JAMBO ISLAND OF SPICES! For the second year in a row we decided to spend our winter holidays somewhere warm, and the chosen destination, dreamed of for a few years but always postponed, was Zanzibar! This island won us over not only for its beautiful sea, its beautiful beaches and its very lush vegetation but also for the local people, who struck us right in the heart! Throughout our stay we never stopped smelling that fragrance called "the scent of Zanzibar"... indescribable notes, a little spicy and very pleasant to the nose! Definitely worth seeing are the red colobus monkeys and the island's capital, Stone Town, also called the city of stone! We stayed in Nungwi, to be precise at La Gemma dell'Est, the only resort on the whole island that does not suffer from the nuisance of high and low tide!
