South Africa by train The train arrives from Bulawayo, and I'm with Marco. All night travelling crossing the whole of Botswana from north to south. At 3 in the morning the customs officers wake us up for passport control and then we go back to sleep in the sleeper berths until dawn. We find ourselves in Johannesburg after 25 hours of travel. The first part even pulled by a Steam locomotive. Then diesel until the end. Here Marco and I go into a travel agency and set off for a week in Port Elizabeth with the flights and bed and breakfast included at the Elizabet sun, a 4-star. We rent 2 bicycles for a day and with the lift that starts from the car park, we go up to the tenth floor straight into the room with our bicycles. One day besides staying at the beach and in the pool we take a car to visit a lion park. The return flight to Johannesburg is a 737 (200) of South African Airways.
We spend another night in Joburg and set off for Europe the next day in the evening. Almost all flights to Europe are at night. Bye
