Namibia The first Time it's 1988, and Fulvia and I land with South African Airways at Windhoek coming from Johannesburg, South West Africa is at the time a region of South Africa, so a domestic flight. Having picked up the rental car, we set off for Etosha park, where we enjoy ourselves doing safari with practically no tourists around. At that time Namibia wasn't famous, so splendid and without tourists polluting it. After Etosha, we head south where we see the giant trucks of the Uis quarry. then Skeleton Coast and Swakopmund. Very tall sand dunes where we roll about to our heart's content. Then we head for the capital where we return the car for the flight to Cape Town. The pilot of the plane shows us the Fish River canyon from above. bye
