By bus

We set off from Windhoek for Katima Mulilo, on the Intercape bus; it was the second time I had taken this company, the first was in 1989 from Johannesburg to Durban, back when Namibia was called South West Africa. And Carlos and I took 12 hours, that is, the whole night, to get there.
