Safari and holiday at Jumbo Watamu

My husband and I stayed at the Jumbo Orange from 27/01 to 03/02. It really is worth spending 2 hours by coach to reach this beautiful resort, and the 5 km of dirt road are not a tragedy at all. Rooms always clean, excellent cuisine, wonderful beach. The entertainers (Michele, Luca, Omar, Irene and Valeria) manage to brighten every moment of the day without ever being intrusive: well done! The beach boys are really numerous, but they are all good lads who just want to work. For excursions we relied on Ziro Epson (a lawyer): a truly professional person. With Ziro we visited wonderful places at much more convenient prices than those of the resort. But above all with him we could organise our excursions according to our needs. For walks on the beach we had the constant company of our friend Baraka, a wonderful person with a contagious smile. And during the walks, a compulsory stop for an aperitif at SAFINA BEACH. Here, besides drinking a cold beer, you can enjoy the fantastic grills of Roby Rasta.

And finally, after a day of sun, a nice massage from Emma (stall no. 9). Remember to bring clothes and shoes, and when you are there buy flour to give as a gift; these people really need it so much.

What can I say, it was truly a FANTASTIC holiday, and the smile of these people will remain in our hearts forever.
