A weekend between mystery and history

Having the luck to live in Hurghada, Egypt, I can afford the beauties of Egypt in a single weekend. The date of my weekend away was also decided for an important event for all Muslims, the end of the month of Ramadan and the start of the national feast of Eid. Of course Cairo is an immense metropolis; a month wouldn't be enough to photograph all its beauties. I limited myself to photographing: Giza, the Citadel of Saladin, the Khan el-Khalili bazaar.
